Ingredients
  1. 1/4 cup ground flax
  2. 1 tsp baking powder
  3. 2 tsp cinnamon
  4. 1 tsp coconut oil
  5. 1 egg
  6. 1 packet stevia
Instructions
  1. 1. Mix all ingredients together in a mug and microwave for 50 seconds.
  2. 2. Allow to cool to a safe temperature and enjoy.
